Your content stays yours
You retain full ownership of every file you upload and of the subtitles and transcripts generated from it. We claim no rights over your content. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to advertise to you.
Files are processed, then deleted
When you upload a media file, we store it only long enough to transcribe it. As soon as a job finishes — whether it succeeds or fails — the uploaded source file is deleted from our storage. The generated subtitle outputs are kept in your account's job history so you can download them again, until you delete them or close your account.
No training on your data
We do not use your uploaded media or generated transcripts to train, fine-tune, or evaluate machine-learning models. Transcription is performed to return your result — nothing more.
Data we do collect
- Account data: your email address and authentication details, used to sign you in and contact you about your account.
- Usage data: minutes transcribed per billing period, used to enforce plan quotas and show your usage.
- Billing data: subscription status and identifiers handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full card details.
Third-party processors
We rely on a small number of service providers to operate the product, including cloud hosting and storage, our transcription worker, and Stripe for payments. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service.
Your choices
You can delete jobs from your dashboard at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
